User-friendly functionality in a website can be enhanced with a website map feature.
A ubiquitious site menu allows visitors to go from any page of the site to any other page - excluding site areas that require a login.

Easy to search:

Navigation is not necessarily intuitive for visitors or, if the visitor knows what is it is they want, perusing through potentially densely nested menus or catalogs can be avoided with a key word search form that can respond not only with exact matches but also find close matches.

Staff training and product support:

Iterate strives to ensure that the human interface with its products is as intuitive and easy to use as possible.
For very large and complex websites, it may be appropriate to provide the owner with a product user manual, especially if the owner intends to train staff themselves.

Robust, secure software:

Member and administraion users are verified by user name and password comparision with database records.
Logged in users are continuously authenticated and tracked.

Cost:
